KWF Kankerbestrijding calls for reducing the amount of places where tobacco can be bought. 80% of all smokers, started smoking before they turned 18 years old. The argue that tobacco will be sold only in tobacco shops is worth fighting for if it keeps the youngsters (among others) away from these drugs.
